Terms of Use
These terms govern access to 9Lines’s market-data comparison service.
1. Service
9Lines compares information from independent sportsbooks and prediction-market venues. Unless a feature is expressly identified as approved live execution, 9Lines does not accept wagers, act as a bookmaker, hold customer funds, guarantee orders, or determine market outcomes.
2. Eligibility and location
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are physically located and for satisfying each venue’s age, identity, account, and geographic requirements. Access to public information does not establish eligibility to wager, trade, open an account, or receive a promotion.
3. Market information
Odds, prices, probabilities, volumes, liquidity, status, and availability can change without notice. Information may be delayed, incomplete, normalized, or unavailable. A displayed price is not locked and is not an offer by 9Lines.
4. No advice or guaranteed outcome
9Lines provides informational tools, not investment, legal, tax, financial, or personalized gambling advice. Market-derived probability is not a prediction by 9Lines. No price difference is represented as risk-free arbitrage or guaranteed profit.
5. Third-party venues
Opening a venue leaves 9Lines. Third-party terms, privacy practices, account decisions, settlement rules, fees, and availability control your relationship with that venue. Review the native contract or wager terms before acting.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with feeds, automate prohibited activity, submit false information, violate venue terms, or use 9Lines to facilitate unlawful conduct, manipulation, insider trading, or abuse.
7. Intellectual property
9Lines’s original software, interface, and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, statistics, and data remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The pre-launch service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, 9Lines disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for venue decisions, data errors, outages, missed opportunities, settlement disputes, or losses arising from reliance on displayed information.
9. Changes and suspension
9Lines may correct, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, honor provider restrictions, or maintain system integrity. Material terms changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
