Privacy Policy
This draft describes the information 9Lines currently handles and the controls required before production analytics or account features are enabled.
Information we handle
The local preview stores theme and preview-account preferences in your browser. Servers may process IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and operational logs. If production accounts are enabled, 9Lines may also process contact information, authentication identifiers, saved preferences, watchlists, alerts, and venue-connection metadata.
Information we do not request
Do not provide sportsbook passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private signing keys through ordinary forms. 9Lines does not currently collect payment-card information or custody customer funds.
Purposes
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, preserve preferences, investigate failures and abuse, comply with legal obligations, support users, measure aggregate performance, and operate consented affiliate attribution.
Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, monitoring, communications, and analytics providers acting for 9Lines; with a venue when you intentionally open or connect it; or when required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. 9Lines does not currently sell personal information.
Affiliate and outbound links
An approved affiliate destination may receive campaign identifiers and ordinary request information. 9Lines’s planned attribution system must not transmit your wager selection, balance, credentials, or wallet secrets.
Consent and aggregate measurement
Anonymous outbound-click measurement is disabled by default. If you enable it, 9Lines records a versioned grant receipt using a random browser identifier and stores only daily aggregate venue, market type, placement, and affiliate status. Withdrawing the setting creates a withdrawal receipt and stops future click measurement. The measurement module does not intentionally retain the event, odds, destination URL, user account, IP address, or device identifier.
Retention and security
9Lines maintains a data-category retention schedule covering odds, consent receipts, security events, support cases, venue connections, order records, logs, and backups. Final periods require jurisdiction-specific legal approval before launch. 9Lines uses access controls, encrypted transport, secret redaction, and least-privilege design, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline or withdraw optional measurement, avoid creating an account, clear local browser storage, and request access, correction, deletion, or appeal where applicable. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a privacy request.
Children
9Lines is not directed to children. Trading and wagering venues commonly impose higher minimum ages depending on product and location.
International use
Data may be processed where 9Lines and its providers operate. Production launch requires jurisdiction-specific notices, transfer safeguards, and a verified legal entity and contact address.
